At LePub Amsterdam*, I work across many functions and initiatives. For the agency's largest client Heineken, I serve as the clients primary contact to grow and cement Heineken's sustainability objectives into tangible key results leveraging the power of creativity, design, and storytelling to challenge the conventional business approach with the intent to provide a clear 'return on purpose'. As Global Account Director, I am the global counterpart for the daily strategic development and campaign productions of the largest markets in the brands portfolio; including USA, Brazil, Nigeria, and South Africa. As a growing priority all over the world, this includes driving meaningfulness for the brand and developing local, on the ground, purpose led activations (acts) and 360 marketing campaigns. My passion and knowledge for driving positive social and environmental change has also put me in a unique position to acting as consultant for the agencies "for good" objectives. This includes ongoing development of D&I strategy, and recruiting of an internal 'impact team' to develop and action OKR's which drive purpose into how we hire, how we create work, and who we create work for.*LePub is a new agency model where brands meet culture at the intersection of data, creativity and tech. It is the birth child of Publicis Italy (Adweek's 2021 International Agency of the Year) and Publicis Amsterdam leveraging data and tech from Epsilon and Publicis Sapient to deliver smart creation and brand experiences.

Client: Heineken® BrandPublicis® Italy is the lead global creative agency for Heineken® Brand. Based out of Heineken® HQ in Amsterdam I the lead client services for the agency development of TV and Digital global campaigns for Formula® 1. In parallel, I also manage the creative development and production of Heineken® TV, OOH and Social ad campaigns developed by our local creative and production teams in Publicis® North America, Canada, Brazil, London, Mexico, South Africa, Nigeria, Algeria, Colombia, Ecuador, & Russia.

Based in the Heineken® global HQ reporting to the Sr. Director Heineken ®Global Brand within the global communications team. Heineken® is a centralized marketing brand strategy and global communications is developed by the Heineken Global team and then executed by the local marketing teams around the globe. Responsible for the marketing campaigns executing by local markets in the Americas, I was responsible for overseeing through-the-line communications and coordinating with Heineken Sponsorship, Trade Marketing, Design, and PR teams to ensure continuity and award winning communications executed across all of Heineken’s platforms and sponsorships in 2017.

Client: Columbia Sportswear®North is the lead creative agency for Columbia Sportswear® and small full-service ad agency in Portland, OR gifted with some of the most amazing musicians, record label owners, and producers. In my time there I worked on several campaigns, including a complete brand repositioning and TV campaign for Columbia Sportswear®. In my time there I was also exposed to the creative process for composing and scoring of some of the agency’s most iconic pieces of film.

With more than 150 colleges and universities competing in the National Student Advertising Competition this year, Portland State's 486 advertising team has won the regional competition four times in the last eight years. This year the team is to develop a $10 million campaign for Glidden Paint. As President it is crucial that every sacrifice be made to ensure the success of the campaign.
