In StartupJobs we help startups and candidates to find the perfect match. My main responsibility is to ensure satisfaction of our customers and be there for them if they need any support. I'm also responsible for smooth running of our office.So what is the scope of my job?• Account management - ensuring customers satisfaction• Technical support for companies and candidates• HR support for companies - consulting job offers etc.• Career advisory for candidates - consulting CVs and cover letters• Invoicing• Office management - taking care of my colleagues and work environment • Internal HR - recruitment, interviews, L&D, internships• Some parts of marketing - interviews with companies, writing articles, planning posts for social networks, etc.• Organization and participation on job fairs and other events• Special tasks - eg. I've ordered red clogs and furry towels with old ladies who called us, because we have on our pages "Ask Tereza about anything, we are happy to help" :)

In Career Center we mediate contacts between companies and business sector on the one hand, and CTU students on the other. We provide our students and alumni with opportunities for self-exploration and improvement of their soft skills, help them with better orientation at labor market, and give them personnel and career consulting. My main responsibilities:• Coordination of Career Center activities: organization of seminars, personal diagnostic and consulting, communication with tutors, consultants and participants• Career advisory for students• Communication and cooperation with companies• Launching and administration of web pages http://kariernicentrum.cz/• Facebook page administration• Organization and participation of job fairs• Promotion of Career Center

In Training department I was primarily responsible for smooth running of trainings and e-trainings. I was also a member of an international team responsible for testing and implementing new SAP module. In R&D department I was primarily responsible for coordination of Trainee programme, recruitment and on-boarding of new trainees and communication with universities and student clubs.
