Structural changes and dynamic growth of the company had became so intense. Overseeing company leadership and developing the business at the same time weren’t as efficient as necessary anymore.It was one of my hardest decision as an entrepreneur, but after 16 years in leadership of Special Effects, I decided to hand over my duties as General Manager to my excellent colleague and dear friend, Zsolt Kassai, whom I utterly trust. As a team, we had the opportunity to change our structure, recruit outstanding colleagues and grow not only organically but through company acquisitions. Since 2018, Zsolt has been navigating the company successfully even through our difficult times. I am very much committed and engaged with Special Effects, supporting our management team. Their professional way of running the company allows me to to do what I have passion the most: business development, networking and sales.
