Managed an 18 person production and creative staff. Responsible for daily operations for all phases of local and national production for WPBT. Involved in new project development and client relationships for WPBT and its for-profit commercial production division - Comtel, Inc.

Instructor with the undergraduate Television Broadcast Department. Developed a new course for Television Production Management targeting 3rd and 4th year students teaching hands-on skills for developing and managing television projects.

Managed 15 person staff. Scheduled facilities and personnel, created and administered individual project and series budgets. Coordinated the delivery of programs and ancillary materials for clients such as The Learning Channel, The Travel Channel and B Sky B-Britain. .

Directed documentaries, entertainment programs and news projects for national and local distribution. This included the nationally syndicated Nightly Business Report seen on more than 200 PBS stations.
