• Manage major clients ($8-$12 Million per year) in the complete P2P process and visit customer’s worksites to form and cultivate strong client relations• Initiated and project managed a 6 month preferred vendor (e-commerce capabilities) training for the International sales teams that included 65+ sales people, supervisors, and managers. Coordinated and lead meetings and with key vendors, coordinated training sessions, renegotiated pricing agreements, established and monitored KPIs.• Lead a project team of 10 people to create standardized expediting procedures, employee roles and responsibilities, and new process efficiencies. Lead presenter to the VP and supporting managers• SAP Champion for 3 international sales teams, consisting of 62 sales people, for SAP material identification, material sourcing, and vendor selection.• Maximize competitive advantage through effective supplier choice and initiating vendor pricing agreements. Spread specific commodity spends across fewer vendors to increase volume discounts and rebates 5-10% per order with key vendors. • Liaison between clients’ supply chain increasing product awareness and service offerings to capture additional market share. • Network with industry professionals and potential clientele outside the office to increase market share and generate additional revenue streams for our business unit.• Analyze drawings and spec sheets to identify required equipment spares and offer alternative products.• Manage client RFQ’s and RFP’s from quote to material delivery, resolve invoice and material discrepancies, process returns, manage and expedite late orders, and close order cancellations.
