• Hauling concentrate ore, from Cannington Mine to Yurbi, Gunpowder Mine to Cloncurry, while operating in consideration of safety requirements. • Load various vehicles, including quad side tippers carrying zinc and lead concentrate and road train side tippers carrying copper concentrate, using Cat 980K Loader, to facilitate transportation to numerous locations.• Operating Kenworth T685, T509, T909 Tri-Drives, Cat 980, WA500, WA600 Loaders, Komatsu 16t/Komatsu 2t Forklifts, Fuso Vac-Truck and Komatsu Skid-Steer, among other vehicles.• Controlled vehicle cleanliness through use of cleaning shed drive-through and drive-through wash bays, in addition to cleaning/clearing fence lines, drains, sumps and wash ways, to avoid damages and contamination.• Maintaining wide range of documentation, including logbook, pre-start, requests for maintenance, weigh bridge documents, loading manifests and dangerous goods paperwork, for various reference purposes. • Observed Vision Zero (Zero Harm) guidelines during haulage duties through adhering to permit travel routes, driving within speed limits, controlling personal fatigue and ensuring that all equipment is safely secured. • Supervision of 15 Drivers, yard crews, training new drivers and operators, create and update JSA’s, SWI’s, continually developing implement and update training requirements, scheduling vehicles and resources as required, conduct weekly toolbox meetings and reporting, converse with customers and management with daily updates.
