Responsible for production planning across 4 production sites throughout Southern and Central Europe- Key contact within supply chain for the bottling sites and Fever-Tree- Developed common ways of working across all sites, including the onboarding of a new site to the network- Monthly capacity planning with sites and internally, working with demand planners to create solutions to constraints- Producing monthly production plans based on FC and actual orders from all international customers- Lead material planning, procurement and delivery into sites for all printed packaging required- Developing and reporting on KPIs for production sites to internal reviews- Delivering NPD through my sites into the required markets - Working with UK production team to ensure that international customer requirements were met

Production Forecasting, Management, and Implementation• Creation, updating, and implementation of the Annual Production Forecast, across all SKUs, based on current stock levels and expected sales, working with Founders and Head of Business Development in the process• Managing production planning relationships with suppliers to ensure targets are met• Constant communication with the rest of the team for New Product Development to deliver stock ready for dispatch to in preparation for launch dates, the most recent of these being our Rosehip Cup• Facilitate duty-paid and under-bond movement of stock between our suppliers and our bonded warehouses globally• Complete all purchasing necessary for monthly production including managing supplier forecasts, understanding lead times and order processes per supplier as well as MOQs to ensure goods arrive in good time. In addition using the production forecast file, suppliers are kept updated with production volumes and requirements throughout the year• Input of invoices and POs within the accounting system• Monitor stock levels of all dry goods and managing any potential obsolescence• Maintaining traceability and organic records of all production runs across SKUs and ingredientsDistilling• Work with the Master Distiller and another Apprentice Distiller to carry out distillation to match production requirements• Sourcing of botanicals• Botanical preparation• Blending of Distillates to create the final product

• Named Inventor on Patent CN109068677 (A) working with colleagues to determine the allowable operating windows and steps for the new product.• Part of a commissioning team for a new packaging line in France.• Responsible for designing, implementing, and leading of pilot plant scale experiments and analysis of results.• Experience and training to be an area supervisor for monthly percolation runs (1-week operating pilot plant 24/7 at full capacity).• Student Charity Committee Vice-Chairman, a group of interns that over the year organised events for employees site wide, through the year the team raised approximately £7000 for the two selected charities.
