• Implement the supervision program (buildings department) for the construction of 2 main station buildings, and 40 auxiliary buildings section 3-4 (Bandung) for high-speed railways facilities owned by PT. KCIC using FIDIC contracts.• Conduct site inspections for the building's structural and architectural technical problems before and after the construction stages.• Participate in solving the sub-structure, superstructure, and architectural technical problems arising in the construction process.• Evaluate technical documents, construction drawings, construction methods, and results of contractor work.• Produce technical supervision documents consisting of Reminder Letters, Notice Letters, Non-Conformity Reports (NCR), and Monthly Supervision Reports (Building department).• Direct the contractors to improve, repair, and accelerate the construction program of main stations and auxiliary buildings for high-speed railways owned by PT. KCIC's.• Review commercial documents submitted by the contractors.• Facilitate the contractors, parties, and stakeholders to resolve construction schedules issues and disputes in the construction stage of main stations and auxiliary buildings for high-speed train facilities with PT. KCIC.• Complete 100% of the supervision program of 2 main station buildings (Padalarang and Tegalluar), and 40 auxiliary buildings for PT. KCIC's high-speed railways.

• Implement the management project control directed by the Project Manager consisting of the elaboration of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), time analysis, and cost analysis of civil works.• Develop design and calculation of jetty extension and widening consisting of concrete and pile structures.• Integrate, coordinate, and calculate BOQ and vendor selection with the Procurement Engineer.• Identify material, labor, and construction method requirements related to meet design and contract requirements and standards.• Direct 5 site supervisors and 2 subcontractors to ensure project schedule compliance and volume.• Facilitates stakeholders to resolve new project schedules and VO/RO contracts due to COVID-19.

• Implement the supervision program for widening of the road and bridge on the Surabaya-Gempol toll road directed by the Team Leader and based on the KAK (Kerangka Acuan Kerja).• Accompany the review of construction drawing documents and construction volumes submitted by contractors to maintain the accuracy of the work against the design and contract.• Direct the contractors to carry out improvements, repairs, and acceleration of the Surabaya-Gempol toll road and bridge widening project.• Participate in solving the toll road and bridge structural technical problems arising in the construction process.• Designing 3 new ODOL (Over Dimension Over Loading) locations for the Surabaya – Gempol toll road as a contract addendum.• Create project summary reports and archiving.• Review commercial documents submitted by the contractors.

• Implement the planning and pre-design stage program for Bandar Lampung Provincial roads directed by the Highway Engineer.• Develop geometric design and estimate the budget requirements for Bandar Lampung provincial roads (2018).• Act as the site design representative according to the needs of the projects.• Participate in solving the structural technical problems arising in the pre-design stage.• Conducting a technical survey and documentation for the needs of the projects.• Create a draft of FEED and DED and report to the Highway Engineer.

• Implement the trainee engineer program directly by the Lead Engineer consisting of the calculation of BOQ also foundation, and steel structure analysis.• Produce technical documents consisting of material punch lists, material take-offs, and construction method sketches.• Facilitate civil works supervisors to ensure compliance with work schedules and contract volume.• Create project summary reports and archiving.• Produce and present training performance reports every 3 months to the board of directors.
