• Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments originating from India to destinations globally.• Timely management of multiple lines of communication between suppliers, shippers, customers and internal parties, maintaining details, and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties.• Prepare export related Documents for export loads, such as and not limited to loading instructions, Invoices, Certificate of origins, Packing lists, Export invoice, Health certificate, Halal certificate.• Generating Invoices as customer proforma invoice vice-verse purchase order.• Liaison with suppliers, shipping lines / forwarders, and clearing agents for consignments to be delivered to the customers on time• Comply with local import/export laws prior shipment. Self-checked on accuracy of internal and external documents

• Setting up new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.• Implementing channel marketing plans set out by the channel marketing team.• Working closely with sales teams within the channel partner to train and advice.• Regularly meeting with counterparts with partner organization.• Working to sales and revenue targets as set by the Branch head• Giving feedback and addressing customer service to the marketing team on the success of sales promotions.• Identifying and reaching out to new potential channel partners

• Enrolling students for Online MBA courses in collaborating with Foreign University.• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
