Allied records is an outsourcing company. I have worked as a supervisor on one of their projects with a team of 5 data entry specialists and completed the allotted work on the given time. My job was to assist my team and make sure that the work is completed without any mistakes on the given time.

As a part of my job description, I was expected to attract and deal with foreign clients on a daily basis. All the confidential agreements were prepared and authorised by me after which I prepared offers as per the customer’s requirement, negotiated competitive quotations with them about various calling destinations. This work is bound in emails, Skype and phone calls. Moreover, I have spear headed the customer complaint departments since all customer related queries were handled by me.
