Current- Accredited technical training to internal & external customers on assigned devices / product line.
- Development and delivery of courses to meet specific requirements
- Specialised service support on assigned devices / product line to internal & external customers via telephone, email and site visits
- Level 2 Specialist for region Europe North providing advice, training and escalation support
- Support technical corrective actions for own devices / product line including disseminating update bulletins for our Service Connect software for which I am a key user
- Installing and supporting Mirth for data integration and connectivity
