- 3D Inventor modelling and structural analysis of slew deck and portal structure of balanced machines.- Assess machine stability ratios, maximum wheel loads, luff cylinder forces at governing luff and slew angles according to specified AS4324.1 limits and/or as per contract specification.- Perform engineering audit of reclaimers and stackers involving complete structural (strength and fatigue) design verification of machines to AS4100 and AS4324.1 requirements via Strand7 and BCDSteel.- Conduct end-of-life assessment of balanced machines involving structural design compliance checks against existing and current Australian Standards, incremental 3D fatigue damage plots and prediction of remaining useful life.- Perform data analysis of machine to study machine performance, utilisation, operational abnormality, stability and other features deemed important for business decisions. - High-level fatigue assessment of balanced machines to AS4100 and BS7608 via integration of Strand7 API with Excel VBA including MATLAB data analysis results.- Develop excel spreadsheets to extract Strand7 FEA model analysis results via VBA and API connection.
