1. Email - Support Account Director in providing post-campaign reports and analysis to provide recommendations and improve clients’ eCRM program and results- Proactively work with client directly to understand campaign objectives, propose solutions and programs and delivers at timely and satisfactory manner - Provide full end-to-end support in email production (Email setup, Content changes, QA and deployment)- Provides insight and education about email channel and/or competitor email marketing practices2. Online Display Retargeting- To act as the overall owner and be fully accountable for the new product offering – Online Display Retargeting- Had training at eBay Enterprise Display & Retargeting (formerly Fetchback) to kickstart the new product offering in this region- Support Sales team and Client Servicing team in the sales process- To collaborate with eBay Enterprise Display & Retargeting team to provide excellent end-to-end support and management of each Retargeting program- To maintain on-going support and conversation with client on program performance feedback and optimization strategy

- Coordinate and facilitate e-mail production- Manage and execute the entire production of e-mail campaigns using in-house tools from the set-up to the final deployment- Review and do thorough end-to-end quality checks and assessment for e-mail campaigns- Develop, maintain and manage mailing schedules through liaising directly with client to manage and meet their expectations and requirements to actualize e-mail campaigns - Work closely with Development and Client Services teams to deliver results of clients’ expectations- Put together post-campaign performance reporting and analysis- Accounts Managed: Dell APAC and UPS AP
