1. Implementation project’s activities and follow up day to day project activities.2. Planning monthly and quarterly project’s activities3. Preparing project's monthly expenses and pre-requested funds.4. Coordinate project activities and making monthly monitoring and weekly monitoring with the projects sites. 5. Collecting project data, such as case studeis, succefuly storeis and all project related data. 6. Conducting baseline studies questionary, assessments, survey and evaluation when it needed.7. Participating in theselection of projects sites or location where it expected to operate.8. Maintaining Internal and External project's partners agreements.9. Maintaining all projects documents and stockholders contacts, which includes government and non-government partners10. Preparing and sending monthly and quarterly reports to the line Manager and supervisors11. Arranging meetings and inviting all involved project’s partners. 12. Organising and facilitating workshops.13. Ordering and Distributing materials to all project sites.( such as shelter, and learning materials etc).14. Developed and designed pastoral children education material (textbooks).15. Participating fund raising activities across all AET projects.16. Performing any other tasks assigned
