• Fulfilling Generalist HR role relating to the corporate functions (Finance, IT, HR, Audit & Legal).
• Carrying out the annual salary review & bonus payouts based on the performance reviews.
• Ensure Job Descriptions, across the Organization, capture the roles accurately.
• Engage intensely with employees, identify, and resolve issues (if any) pro-actively.
• Develop guidelines, communication packs for policies & procedures and ensure that the staff is well informed.
• Pro-actively supports all recruiting efforts and is heavily involved in interviewing process.

• Deliver effective HR transactional services related to employee’s leave, visa transfer, salaries, penalties, end of service, contract renewal, etc. as per the Labor Law and the company’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR files and documentation with all relevant employee information electronically and in hard copies.
• Update any employee’s status changes and updated data into the HR system (salaries, benefits increments, deductions, etc.) on a daily basis.
• Prepare and draft Job Offers, Termination Letters and Disciplinarians. and verify all employment contracts and associated paperwork in accordance with company procedures and policies and labor law.
• Handle all new employee’s requirements starting from fingerprint and email request as well as preparing the employee file.
• Handle and respond to all employees’ requests and queries regarding HR topics including salary certificates, leave balance, resignations, end of service, etc.
