With many years of professional experience in the industry, I have excelled in developing positive relationships and fostering a sense of teamwork by leveraging strong team leadership and development to drive forward progress. As a pioneer of modern techniques, it has been an honour to provide opportunities for the industry.In the past few months, I have launched my own business, which is the launch of the first initiative for the creative high fashion brand MUNAZURI. As a result of this project, women on the island of Zanzibar and in many other countries that are less fortunate will be supported and empowered. Several sources of income will be provided to the women of Zanzibar through the initiative to maintain the unity and entity of the Zanzibar family, as well as job opportunities in the traditional handicrafts of women's fashions and jewellery, as well as home décor items. With a proven track record of improving operations, reducing overhead, and increasing shareholder value, I provided companies and clients with outstanding communication and cross-cultural team management skills that allowed me to create strategic alliances with organisational leaders and align with and support key business initiatives. Using my expertise in brand development, I have developed new strategies for the planning process and sales-boosting tactics using my extensive experience in analysing report data and controlling inventory. Generally, I can be responsible for spearheading ongoing efforts and managing crisis communications with a level head to anticipate and resolve PR issues proactively.Furthermore, I have gained the following experiences, abilities, and skills over the years:• Assist institutes, technical centres, and women's associations for female graduates and affiliates to utilize their skills to create jobs, providing sustainably low-income families with income sources.• Managed a staff of more than 50 employees in 40 countries, monitored the performance of project workers and those in charge of initiatives and established committees to oversee campaigns and initiatives. • Managed media relations support to the Executive Office for all initiatives and projects intended to enhance the reputation of the City of Dubai and His Highness the Ruler.If we share similar interests, it would be my pleasure to communicate with you.
