Current• Participated in requirement review with the client and internally among the team members. • Created test plan, test cases in ALM.• Set up test data to perform testing.• Coordinated with DBA team in setting up test environment for Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, Functional Testing, and Regression Testing.• Test the software change requests in multiple Environments: Model, Integration, UAT, Production (final validation after release)• Used SQL query to test the changes in the database.• Logged defects and coordinated with dev team and followed up to resolve the issues using ALM.• Understanding of defect life cycle.• Used SOAP UI for API testing; send test data to the testing environment and to do an end to end Web Service testing. • Used FileZilla to extract and drop file into SFTP server for validation.
