- Simultaneous and consecutive interpretation of culinary/pastry classes at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier: (FR/SP/EN).- Translation and final verification of official Ritz Escoffier recipes, administrative and financial documents, and legal contracts in collaboration with the Ritz Paris legal team.- Assisting the Chefs with class preparations.-Contacting producers and managing daily deliveries and stock.
