As the experience prime of return programs, I led the strategy for channel to support our first wave of Bring-it-Back returns. Led the planning and launch of the remote mailer program which allowed our customers to have a seamless method to return devices through the COVID-19 pandemic. Leading the experience for the OMNI program, I manage strategy, design, experience mapping, end to end program ownership, and reinforcement activities.

As an area manager, I managed a team of store managers to achieve sales, operational, and people excellence. I created and maintained a culture that promotes employee engagement through support, recognition, training and performance management. I provided regular performance coaching to Store Managers that reinforced, improved and changed behaviors required to meet business objectivesThrough cross-functional collaboration with TRL support team, I identified opportunities to increase profitability of stores, build awareness of competitive offerings, create and implement strategies, and effectively use area budgets. I was recognized as the area manager winner for the retail excellence awards that celebrated top area managers for sales productivity and ROI.
