I love complex environments and finding solutions to hard questions. I am equally comfortable working with large enterprise, governments, and start-ups. I have led and participated in multi-disciplinary teams to execute regional and international projects. I have worked on end-to-end to solve problems and create innovative solutions in various industries resulting in new free zone creation, product development and launch, digital/country transformation at scale (PPP), retail and e-commerce, human resource, manufacturing, and supply chain. I have advised on several transactions resulting in joint ventures, and partnerships in complex multi-party deals in EMEA, Asia, and the US. I am well-versed in corporate governance, risk management, due diligence, and capital markets. I am co-founder of HATCH Consulting where we advise family offices, institutions, corporations, and start-ups to connect the dots resulting in sustainable investments and partnerships.
