. Responsible for planning event, company gathering/exhibition, road show. Create activities programme such as product launching, workshop/seminar, school competitions . Meet with event stakeholders to gain an understanding of the event's purpose and goal. Be present during the event to deal with any issues. Planning exhibition hall layouts. Searching suitable venue and ensuring all necessary equiment is available. Coordinating with related vendors, calculate events and exhibition price. Make sure the events run smoothly. Manage the budget and ensure events stay with guidelines. Ensure vendors are paid

• Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity. • Formulates recommendations and provides feedback to management regarding operational policies and procedures. • Maintains control over audit procedures to ensure compliance with controls. If weaknesses are identified, reports them to the Manager of Regional Transaction Services. • Assists in ensuring that the branch is in compliance with federal laws and regulations set forth by the Company and other regulatory agencies. • Monitors office activity, including number of operation transactions.• Maintains knowledge of the Company's products and services in order to efficiently train and motivate staff to cross-sell. • Provides training to staff in regard to operations and policies. • Schedules, supervises, and motivates branch staff in an effort to maintain optimal member service satisfaction levels.• Assists in evaluating staff’s work performance by helping to prepare and deliver annual reviews and performing coaching sessions. • Monitors quality of service for members, and ensures that employees are maximizing opportunities to sell products. • Assists in managing the security and safety of the branch, by analyzing security and safety policies and procedures. Alerts staff of any changes. • Assists in the training of new tellers and customer service. • Any and all other duties as assigned.

•Maintains a cash drawer; balances and audits the cash drawer according to policy and schedule.•Supervises other bank tellers and their cash drawers.•Searches for the cause of an overage or shortage when a teller’s drawer does not balance correctly.•Motivates the other bank tellers to remain friendly and professional at all times.•Trains new tellers in bank practice and procedure.•Handles upset or irate customers.•Provides access to the vault and safety deposit boxes.•Replenishes and troubleshoots ATM machines.•Carries money to the vault and audits the vault regularly with the help of a second employee.•Relays information to bank officials; may create reports at the end of each shift for reference
