This resulted in an 80%+ decrease in the number of transactions processed by the back office and a resultant decrease in the manning required for processing such transactions; as well as the achievement of an average TAT of 15 minutes for foreign funds transfers.- Designed and developed a workflow/process using Microsoft SharePoint for remittance of funds for invisible trade. We were able to cut income losses and improve turn-around-time to less than 24 hours for such transactions.- Designed and improved the process of foreign fund transfers via FirstOnline- First Bank’s Online Banking Platform. This was aimed at creating a unified customer experience by leveraging the existing online banking platform as a one-stop shop for all common retail banking transactions. -
