- Led the redesign and strategy for merging FirstBank’s multiple payment solutions into a single payment gateway (FirstCheckOut).- Led the design and development of FirstBank’s new mobile experience for its subsidiaries – FBNMobile.- Led the design and development of FirstBank’s WhatsApp Banking platform.- Led the design and development of FirstBank's merchant discovery and engagement platform.- Led the design and strategy for merging FirstBank’s fragmented mobile and online experiences into a single and adaptable platform across multiple form factors (omni-channel experience).

- Led and implemented the mobile data purchase feature on Paga consumer channels.- Led the design and development of one of Nigeria’s first cloud based payroll system. We recently launched a demo version to a closed user group.- Designed and developed Paga USSD (*242#)- Managed the Paga Consumer Portal and Android application.- Managed and implemented the new Paga Pricing Structure.

- Developed and automated a process using the existing Core Banking platform for instant foreign funds transfers to beneficiaries based abroad. This resulted in an 80%+ decrease in the number of transactions processed by the back office and a resultant decrease in the manning required for processing such transactions; as well as the achievement of an average TAT of 15 minutes for foreign funds transfers.- Designed and developed a workflow/process using Microsoft SharePoint for remittance of funds for invisible trade. We were able to cut income losses and improve turn-around-time to less than 24 hours for such transactions.- Designed and improved the process of foreign fund transfers via FirstOnline- First Bank’s Online Banking Platform. This was aimed at creating a unified customer experience by leveraging the existing online banking platform as a one-stop shop for all common retail banking transactions.

- Developed First Bank’s new online banking platform (FirstOnline). I was responsible for the development of the entire UI/UX of the new online banking platform which was deployed in 2013.- Led the design and implementation of the new in-branch branding and customer experience during the first phase of the Branch Transformation Project. - Developed a framework for in-branch experience management by designing and implementing standards for experiential branding across board, modelled after the Apple Store.- Developed a framework for customer engagement using social media platforms in conjunction with the Corporate Communications department of the bank.- Developed a framework for complaints management and issue resolution at FirstContact (FirstBank's contact centre).- Developed a portal for information sharing and knowledge management within the contact centre.- Designed and developed processes for contact centre operations

- Supported the development and operations of Nigeria's first airtime recharge portal – ReloadNG.- Supported development of an e-commerce product: WishStop and a mobile payment switching platform: SoftPurse, modelled after PayPal.- Facilitated the implementation of a network topology consisting of over 20 users/workstations.
