• Manages the creation and maintenance of BIM models, BIM Content and digital delivery process to support the development of federated models to ensure internal and external model exchanges are in line as per project requirements and BIM Execution Plan. • Manages coordination and implementation of the Digital delivery process through Platforms like (BIM 360 Field , Aconex, Glue etc) and Assists and develop BIM Collaboration, documentation, workflows and monitoring to meet the project requirements.• Responsibility of providing Coordination reports of the interfaces between engineering disciplines / design and construction through integrated processes and assists in developing project specific protocols regarding communication, data exchange and BIM model sharing to ensure interoperability as required.• Manage the production of the MEP Services BIM model and Shop Drawing for Construction.• Perform QA/QC for BIM models in accordance with Client requirements, BIM Standards and constructability.• Supports in Organising, Maintaining BIM data exchange environment, basic training & Coordination assistance for project team, scanned data conversions and documenting process.• Assist and manages BIM implementation process on a project with the oversight of Project Leads and Coordination, development of the design to construction through digital process such as 4D/5D, Laser Scans, Point cloud conversions etc. during the project stages.• Identifying and documenting Critical & Hard Clashes by performing Clash detection tests with various sets and tolerances.• Create KPI Reports, Clash Reports, Raise RFI’s and conduct model review meetings.• Perform Workshops and weekly BIM meetings by involving Client and Sub-Contractors.• Developing Detailed Level models and parametric content as per the agreed LOD.
