• Following the global standards, notifies internal stakeholders about upcoming regulation updates in a timely manner.• Review Regulatory Developments and generate and update core compliance processes.• Provide requirements generated from the target countries and customer requirements to relevant divisions such as R&D, operations, and quality.• Investigate industry trends, voluntary certifications, and benchmark AirTies’ compliancy status with competitors and present and propose improvements.• Collaborate with R&D teams (HW, SW, Platform PgM) during development of the platform. As a member of the platform project team, compliance manager’s role is:• Make sure regulatory tests are executed for the target countries / regions to achieve compliance.• Verify and review the test reports (draft or official), lab results, certification reports, supplier compliance declarations.• Consult and coordinate with related process owners (HW, MPM, QA) to ensure compliance with Environmental regulations (ROHS, REACH, Prop65, Swedish tax etc.)• Raise flag to block MP in case of regulatory breach or missing certifications.• Verifies that the printed materials and labeling of the product comply with regulations.• Manage New Market Access (Type-Approvals based on CE, FCC&IC ) certifications with third party company/consultants.• Release the requirements (country code generation inputs (allowed EIRP, etc.) to HW and SW Departments• Having certificates, releasing printed material requirements to PM• Manage the Production Level units to continuously assess product compliance.• Manage regulatory file (Product Certifications, official Lab. Test Reports, DOC and third-party declarations etc.) content of the Products and keep them up to date and accessible to relevant parties within the company.
