- Perform Transmission feasibility studies for 138 kV and above transmission system using PSS/E, TARA, PSCAD and other software, including power flow, voltage stability, transient stability and short circuit analyses. - Power system modeling - Motor start analysis - Prepare technical reports - Develop transmission system reinforcement alternatives to address the identified need and recommend the preferred alternative based on technical, economic and land use impact analysis, as well as public consultation feedback. - Develop transmission system Remedial Actions Schemes (RASs), Special Protection Schemes and operation procedures to alleviate the constraints considering market sustainability
