Projects Manager – Projects, Oil & Gas , Marine Logistics (PROM) - Dammam Key Functions• Development of PROM department : Lead development of PROM department from a very basic level to a exceptional profit generating department with an annual growth rate of approx 1.2 MSAR. Directed a team 4 member to achieve K+N system data monitoring quality and monthly gross profit targets. Developing and implementing remedial action plans to address changes in market conditions and demand dynamics covering complete Saudi Arabia. Internal PROM team building process and providing necessary tools /professional training. Approaching new and existing clients ranging from power to desalination, petrochemical, refinery and Oil/Gas. • Managing Key accounts: Undertaking key oil and gas client’s logistics requirement. Fulfilling client’s compliance requirement in terms of customs clearance and delivery of oilfield equipment. Building up customer profile showing all requirements and benchmarks in terms of quality. Preparation of standard operating procedures for various oil and gas companies covering import and export activities. • Business Strategy: Advising national PROM manager of K+N business plans, growth avenues and strategic initiatives. Preparation of departmental budgets. Proposed cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability margins up to 25%. Negotiating agreements with strategic partners, shipping companies and land transport service providers. • Networking: Coordinating with K+N Global Project team to work on Project / Oil & Gas tenders and bids. • Dangerous Goods approver: Approving DGR shipments to move by Sea freight once IMDG handling process/requirement are fulfilled.

Projects Manager – Jeddah Key Functions• Effective execution of Projects: Identification of various site requirements for Projects involving Power plants, Sub stations, construction facilities. Carrying out site and route surveys in order to carry out logistics feasibility study.• Customer Development: Meeting clients of various Projects sectors and develop business relationship. Offering client business solutions keeping intact interest of both client as well as K+N. Suggesting client proper documentation in order to avoid delays in import customs clearance at various seaports. Successfully taking measures to retain client over long period of time by proper project updates and minimizing additional cost on client like, Port demurrage, trailer waiting charges etc.• Vendor Development: Meeting and developing new potential vendors for execution of project requirements. Carrying out internal due diligence in order to make sure potential in new vendors. Development of vendors in terms of quality, safety and long-term value creation initiatives. Negotiating contract rates with suppliers without any compromise on quality of service.

Project Planning and Sales Engineer Key Functions:• Project Planning : Identification of various equipment and other resources required to successfully execute logistics project in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries like UAE, Kuwait and Yemen. Responsible for complete Project Logistic and Heavy-lift handling support.• Heavy lift Engineering and feasibility study: Preparation of transportation drawings using ACAD and load bearing study. Carrying out route and site survey prior heavy lift transportation / lifting operation in order to determine and eliminate bottle necks in advance. Preparation of method statements considering operational and site safety criteria.• Sales: Preparation of commercial proposal and supporting it with relevant tailor made technical proposal. Meeting client and develop business relationship.

Managing Sales quotes and after sales service. Contract renewals and customer feedback.

Initiated and successfully carried out design and development of new fixture for assembly of indoor circuit breakers. Reducing overall assembly time from 8 hours to 6 hours and also improving the overall safety factor.Worked on SAP program concerning materials management and process planning activities.
