* Preparing the Project Baseline Programmes as per scope with proper WBS, Activities, Cost & Resource loading in Planning Software, Primavera P6 Professional.* Managing Planning, Scheduling and allocating resources for the implementation of construction activities using CPM/Bar Charts.* Updating and Monitoring the Schedule on a regular basis and reporting all issues to the Project Manager.* Updating the schedule with actual executed information and submit in the form of periodic reports. * Monitoring work progress at site and constructive inputs to the Project Manager.* Tracking of Drawings, Materials, Method Statement, Ordering and Procurement of Materials/ Equipments.* Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports in line with client requirements.* Reporting the Project Progress Status & Areas of Concerns to Higher Management.* Attending Weekly Progress Review meetings with the Client Management.* Preparing Resource & Cash Flow projection Histograms.* Following up with various departments/subcontractors to ensure the project progress as per baseline programme.* Preparing Earned Value Analysis for Cost Control.* Preparing Delay Mitigation Programmes/Recovery programms to mitigate the delays in the project* Preparing Acceleration programs with resource allocation to finish the project in time.* Identifying factors (delay events) leading to Project Extension & timely notification of the same to the Consultants.* Preparing notices and detailed particulars for the time claims including claim analysis (Time Impact Analysis, Impacted as Planned & Windows analysis / Planned versus Actual Methods), justification & evidences for the claims.* Reviewing subcontractor programmes including Critical path, Cost & Resource loading with reference to production rates & make recommendation for the approval of Programmes.* Preparing Progress status review presentations for higher management & clients during different stages of the project.

Project:• Viceroy Hotel Resorts, Residences(2B+G+17F) Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAEResponsibilities • Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software PRIMAVERA (P6), MS Project & Excel.• Performing site survey on daily basis to monitor project progress & report site issues causing delay.• Update the baseline schedule with actual start, progress and finish. Progress measurement scales for different phases/packages of works are agreed.• Preparing Resource & Cash Flow projection Histogram - Planned vs. Actual• Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals for all project activities, queries or issues that may arise.• Coordinating with the project team to analyze for any future demands for supplies, materials or permit to work.• Following up with various departments / subcontractors to ensure the project progress as per baseline programmes.• Reviewing subcontractor programmes including Critical path, Cost & Resource loading with reference to production rates & made recommendation for the approval of the Baseline Programmes.• Presentation to the senior management for current progress and targets set.• Preparing daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.• Attend weekly & monthly meetings with client & consultant.
