Administration and Security background i.e. Management of facilities with experience in both Industrial and Public sector INDUSTRY EXPERIENCECurrently employment with Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited, Mirpur Mathelo plant site. Responsible for management of all administrative (facilities), security requirements at the Plant for its smooth functioning to include: Administration• Planning the annual business plan i.e. its budgeting and utilization as required. • Manage the allotment of Accommodation facilities to management / staff employees at plant site.• Maintenance and running of Transport facilities for the company employees.• Management and running of canteens for the employees at workplace. • Provision of communication facilities to the employees at their residence / workplace.• Manage facilities of Janitorial services at Plantsite and Township areas.• Provision of local / foreign travel / visa facilities for the company employees.• Provision of Administration support during Annual Turnaround at the plant site.• Management of labour issues.• Ensure implementation of Integrated Management System and its standards i.e. ISO-90001, ISO-14001, ISO-18001, ISO- 50001 during performance of above tasks.Security• Provision of security to plant and township residents for smooth running through physical and electronic means.• Protection / security to company employees, Foreign / Local vendors while their stay / traveling at workplace/residence in light of company / government policy / travel advisory.• Guarding and securing right of way (Gas line from well to factory).• Monitoring and providing access to/from plant/township to all vehicles / personnel through state of the art equipment i.e. access control etc.• Monitoring the loading of dispatches on heavy vehicles . PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:Served in the Army with an experience of various Command, Staff, Administration, Security, Police duties, Human Resource Management, Transport & Logistics Management.
