Logistics• Receiving shipping information from international warehouse• Collaborate and communicate with logistics personnel, supply chain planners and others involved inthe shipment• Track and update the status of shipments• Monitor shipment arrival, coordinate with the shipping service providers• Coordinate with the Clearance Team for customs clearance and provide information sought• Coordinate for delivery schedule with forwarder from port to destination• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively• Ensure stock receipt and stock movement as per set procedures• Coordinate with the Warehouse to ensure that stocks are received in good condition and are updatedin the ERP on time• Validate and update shipping and clearance charges in the ERP for GRN/RN purpose and assistaccounts in case of query• Resolve shipment and inventory issues• Keeping documents and reports in an organized manner.• Maintain logs and records of inventory movement between warehouse and stores• Preparing & generate Packing List and Invoice of stocks while dispatch• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations• Plan and schedule the delivery of stock to stores• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.• Prepare accurate reports for upper management• Any other tasks assigned that are related to the nature of work.Administrative• Support procurement and related in-scope activities• Vendor Management - Prepare purchase orders and send order requests to suppliers• Prepare vendor data and payment statements• Create, organize, and maintain various databases• Interact with a wide range of individuals in accounts/coordination/marketing departmentRetail Operations• GRN Booking• Price and Promotion updation in stores• Coordinate and prepare various sale reports and communicate it on daily basis with highermanagement• Analyze trading KPIs against targets and provide frequent updates to Ops Team and highermanagement
