CurrentScope of work Mechanical, Plumbing & Infra-structure and civil works Firefighting system- Complete wet and dry fire protection system, fire pump room, hydrants, cabinets, FM 200, kitchen fire suppression and foam system. Utilities- Complete industrial utilities including equipment, instrumentation and piping. Hot water, compressed air, Cooling water, Water Filtration, Natural gas, Waste heat recovery Boiler. HVAC – Multi Energy Chiller, Turbo Chiller with its auxiliaries (all type of piping and storage tanks and commissioning, Condensing Units installation and commissioning, AHUs, FCUs, AC & Ventilation Fans. Plumbing - Water supply System (DI/Industrial water & Domestic water with RO and filtration plant on different TDS level as per client requirement). External Works & Drainage System – all type of drainage system (storm water management, human waste and effluent drainage piping that is connect to ETP plant) and also all related civil work.Job Description: Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. Meet contractual conditions of performance. Review the work progress on daily basis. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and license. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Engineering coordination with suppliers and OEM and consultant.
