I am Munawir Razak, a dedicated public servant (ASN) with a strong commitment to advancing Bureaucratic Reform in Indonesia. Over the years, I have held strategic leadership roles that center on public communication, institutional management, and service quality improvement within the education and technology sectors.During my tenure as Head of Public Communication at the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (2016–2018), I also served as the Area Manager for Public Service Quality Improvement in the Bureaucratic Reform Team.
