Mark is a customer-centric leader who focuses on what he believes to be the four core experiences of business; customers, products, employees and brand experiences. He is passionate about experience management, servant leadership, coaching and putting people first to maintain a high-performance culture. He is also greatly experienced in helping leaders define and implement change; ‘Always On’ transformation programmes and trailblazing technology to become exceptional organisations achieving sustainable long-term results.
