Provides administration, operation management, and support for all computer systems, workstations. Performs frequent server checks and implements patches on servers also applying operating system updates patches, and configuration changes. Install, configure, and maintain Servers, workstations, Laptops and network attached devices. Manage host security; file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users. Maintain corporate Anti-virus protection on servers & desktop as well as E-learning solutions & email servers. Performs maintenance of desktop computers and performance tuning. Database correction of entered record. Technical support and troubleshooting any reported problems. Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system

Support Windows 2003 Domain (ADS) administration. POP3 Mail server administration, RF and DSL Line Connectivity check. Windows Server maintains, Responsible for Preparing Various Reports like Inventory Report, Stock Report, and Antivirus Update Report, etc. Responsible for Vendor management. IMS Health: Router Configured (Cisco2800) and troubleshooting, Desktop Support.OBS Pharma: Network maintenance, system support and desktop support.Lundbeck: Created 20 port network included network printers, SQL severs, and network is connected through VPN, VPN working on RF previously working on Leased Line. Also provide Desktop support. Fiesta Duty-Free shop: Provide system and network Support.Winner Foods Industries: Created 20 port network included network printers, also provide System administration. Support Windows 2003 Domain (ADS) administration. POP3 Mail server administration, Windows Server maintains, Responsible for Antivirus Update Report. Also provide Desktop support.
