Enforcement and compliance of all QA/QC and Safety procedures, Plus all Company rules and regulation.Giving instructions and transfer knowledge in an efficient and effective way to Staff.Planning and Scheduling with Site Engineer’s for daily site works.Attending weekly meeting with contractor for site work issues and point out surveying works related issuesAssurance of all the work that is going on site as per Approved Drawings.Monitor the daily activities on site and progress reporting for surveying work.Care and proper controlling of Surveying Instruments.Surveying work Correspondence with client and consultant.Give prime importance to human and assets Safety Negotiation with client and Sub-Contractors for surveying work.Assist the Contractor on required survey procedures.
