Executive Administrative Assistant
Current-Executive Support:• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/externalstakeholders.• Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travelarrangements.• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.• Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls for the executives.• Proactively address issues and challenges to streamline executive workflows.-Administrative Tasks:• Oversee general office administration, including office supplies, equipmentmaintenance, and facility management.• Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and confidential information.• Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.• Assist with onboarding and training of new administrative staff when necessary.• Execute all administrative tasks assigned by senior management.• Identify deficiencies in the office space, report them, and ensure their resolution, suchas procuring emergency fire equipment.-Facilities and Guest Management:-Office Grocery Management:-Communication and Office Boys Management:
