As an IT professional, I've been working in system and network engineering field since 2016. Over the years, I've taken on variety of roles that have helped me develop my expertise in system & network installation, configuration, management & support, server administration, data backup and recovery, disaster recovery, CCTV installation, configuration & support, vendor management and many more.My journey in the industry began in 2011 as a field service engineer at Reckon Technologies. From there, I moved on to become a customer service representative at K.E 118 Response Center, where i worked from 2013 to 2019 and also started working as an IT Help Desk Officer at LRBT Hospital Korangi in 2016. In 2018, I got promoted as Jr. Network Administrator at LRBT Hospital North Karachi, and again promoted to the position of IT In-charge in July 2022 and still working.Education has played a vital role in my professional growth. I have earned my Master of Computer Science from the University of Karachi in 2020 and completed my Bachelor of Computer Science degree in 2013. Additionally, I completed MCSA training from urduitacademy.com and CCNA (R&S) 200-301 training from Saylani Mass IT Training Institute. Currently, I'm learning DevOps and multi-cloud including AWS, Azure, and GCP, and completed AWS Solution Architect Training from Tecchlift & Sherdil IT Academy.
