1. I have the honor of establshing Pakistan fisrt BIM Centre of Excellnce (BIM COE) . A centre dedicated for training and research in field of BIM.2. Have developed organization specific program for generating BOQs through Naviswork manage. 3. Leading a team in developing "BIM Contracting API" which has linked the BOQs generated through Naviswork manage with contract specification so as to generate automated contract document. We are in process of undertaking contracts in BIM enabled environment. 4. Implementing BIM into working of Design and consultancy directorate .5. My other responsibilities include a. Human resource development for BIM implementation within my organization. This includes following b. Enhancing knowledge base of staff related to BIM process c. Training of staff on softwares such as revit, Naviswork manage , Infraworks etc d. Creation of organization specific template for auto QTO.

Installation of HVAC systems in Burn Center Kharian and commissioning of Laminar flow in OTs. Project worth Rs 150 Million.4. Construction of sheds for Bridging vehicles , Project worth Rs 25 Million5 Laying of sewer lines 36" dia in Kharian , length of line is 12 Km 6. Maint of Roads and existing structures in Kharian, Annual budget of Rs 50 Million

Chilas

Worked on Construction of 4450 Million , 66.23 KM long Road Project from Chilas to Jhalkad (Naran). Project included construction of 6 x Pre stressed RCC Bridges and 5 x steel Bridges ( Acrow Panel ). I also supervised construction of Retaining structures as well as causeways and culverts.

Liberia

1. Construction of a block at Tubman University , Harper. Funded by United nations2. Construction of two Acrow panel bridges at monrovia and Tubmanburg3. Rehabilitation of road from Harper to Zwedru

Sui, Gawadar,Quetta,

Worked as a project officer on multiple projects. Some are listed below1. A multi story frame structure at Gwadar, The project was sponsored by Pak Army. 2. Construction of a composite frame structured auditorium with 150 men seating capacity at Quetta. 3. Construction of a cadet college at SUI, Project included construction of multiple academic blocks and hostels. Due to exteme temperature in the area and primarily desert environment, all the structures had heat insulated cavity walls,Cost of the Project was Rs 1230 Milllion
