I am a computer science student at the Virtual University of Pakistan, with a passion for web development and digital marketing. I have completed two internships in the past year, one as a Customer Service Specialist at Mindbridge, and another as a Search Engine Optimization intern at VXI Digital. In both roles, I developed my problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as my knowledge of web content writing and SEO best practices.As a Customer Service Specialist, I worked with a team of professionals to provide quality service and support to Mindbridge's clients, using various tools and platforms to handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback. I learned how to interact with customers effectively, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive and professional attitude. As a Search Engine Optimization intern, I supported the digital marketing team of VXI Digital, a leading online marketing agency, by conducting keyword research, optimizing web pages, and creating engaging and relevant content. I gained valuable insights into how to improve the online visibility and ranking of websites, as well as how to write web content that attracts and retains users. I am eager to apply my skills and experience to a new challenge, and to contribute to the success of an innovative and dynamic organization. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
