Responsibilities Include: • Conducting heating and cooling load calculations for commercial buildings in order to correctly size ductwork, diffusers, grilles, boilers, chillers, and other mechanical equipment• AutoCAD drafting of mechanical components in commercial building including supply and return ductwork, boilers, chillers, and other mechanical equipment• Producing Mechanical drawings and specifications for clients for tender and permit• Coordination with multiple stakeholders including electrical, structural and architectural engineers in order to solve design issues• Conducting of regular site visits to identify any errors in design implementation from contractors• Organization of project plans, scope documents, RFI’s, extra-scope forms, and meeting minutes

Responsibilities Include: • Reviewed and analyzed mechanical drawings and specifications issued by engineering consultants for tendering• Produced Red As Built drawings through coordination with site trades for issuance to consultants• Quickly learned to use various mechanical software to perform accurate takeoffs for new projects• Scheduled and ordered required equipment and materials as identified on project scopes• Conducted regular site visits to identify interference’s with mechanical drawings and to observe progress• Prepared project plans, scope documents, RFI’s, extra-scope forms, and meeting minutes to project stakeholders• Developed monthly progress and financial reports to ensure a minimum 10 percent profit margin• Initiated new ideas to help improve and optimize the operational process, resulting in a 5 percent increase in efficiency
