 Execution and supervision of activities such as layout of buildings as per the drawings, foundation works, superstructure block work and concrete works for beams, columns, slabs and culverts. Execution and supervision of asphalt works, checking of material layer, sub grade layer for the road construction works as per approved drawings. Execution and supervision of earthworks such as excavation, fill and backfill works in site. Execution and supervision of finishing works such as plastering, tiles fixing and painting works as per specification. Estimating the quantity of excavation and backfill, concrete and steel take off for beams, columns, Slabs, foundation and culverts. Witnessing inspection, testing and coordinating with third party independent laboratory in the performance of necessary tests and review all their results. Preparation of estimates and BOQ, measurement and bill certification for the same. Prepare daily progress report and project monitoring status. Ensure desired construction quality & safety.  Review vendor documentation, civil specifications, geotechnical and topographical reports. Coordinating with Sub-contractors to assure quality of their works as per the project specifications. Provide Interface to other project discipline to ensure timely project completion & handover. Preparing requisitions of different materials well in advance. Developing and assisting with the implementation of processes for efficiency improvements.
