In this role I have to manage multiple project teams on variety of different technologies. I started my professional career with this company which works completely in the out-sourcing industry. This experience was of utmost importance in my career. It provided me with the opportunity to work directly with international client in a challenging environment but i proved myself there. The primary focus remains on Ruby with different flavors of the frameworks including sinatra, rails and others. On all javascript libraries and frameworks was the garnishing flavor on top of all. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Lead the development efforts of software projects in multiple technologies* Architecture design of the applications and ensuring best practices has been followed* Provide support for all technical issues related to code, data and infrastructure.* Middleware development i.e. creating the development, Build, deployment and testing infrastructures.* Automated deployment and release management of web applications deployed on different cloud platforms (AWS, Linode, Racksapce, Digital Ocean and others)* Administered and managed dedicated servers for different client and ensure their high availability and security* Application Server Administration* Automating server provisioning using chef.* Lead the development efforts on multiple projects from architecture design, development to deployment and providing technical support to the clients later* Build Hybrid apps using Sencha touch 2.0 and apache Cordova.
