Responsible for the day to day management of the store and Leading the team of Asst Store Manager , Section Supervisors and Sales executive. Focusing on sales, profit, costs, operations, service, communications and people within a retail environment Assigning monthly sales target to Section Supervisors and assisting them in achieving. Managing and driving performance within all aspects of P&L, including Top line sales, margins, productivity, ageing provisions. Negotiating and finalizing rate in co-ordination with Purchase Manager. Ensuring the right product at the right place at the right time according to the customer demand and seasonal activities. Drive awareness with customers around promotional and value added business activities by ensuring all visual merchandising and employee communication elements are in place and executed on time. Apply efficiency measures to control and reduce costs related to store operations Budget oriented Stock Planning, Monitoring and maintaining minimum stock levels as per the store norms Compliance with stores process and procedure. Implementing of sales promotions Conducting reviews meetings with team members
