-Recommend and execute compelling web promotions and offerings to drivecustomer acquisition and engagement.-Architect user experience and manage workflow of all web platforms (web,email, social).-Identify business needs, develop project requirements and otherdocumentation as required.-Lead development of internal processes for content management, productdevelopment and continuous improvement.-Serve as thought leader, identifying new revenue opportunities throughresearch, business unit feedback and sales performance analysis.-Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in businessobjectives, pushing the business forward to exceed financial targets.-Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizationalgoals and implications are factored into eCommerce projects.

-Monitoring web traffic statistics such as page views, bandwidthconsumption, and click through rates.-Analyzing data to determine what content should be added to the website toincrease traffic or improve conversion rates.-Designing and developing new website pages based on client requests orcompany needs.-Setting up user accounts and providing customer service to customers whouse the website.-Maintaining and updating current content on the website to ensure it isrelevant to users’ needs-Reviewing analytics data to determine which keywords or topics aregenerating the most interest from users

-Directing work crews in performing Development, maintenance, and repair work-Maintaining records of building plans and specifications for construction projects-Hiring and training subordinate staff members-Driving strategic direction of products and services, including defining product roadmaps and capability sets in collaboration with Product Line Management and Program Management-Partnering with Program Management to ensure the technical, schedule and cost targets of assigned programs are properly defined and met-Delivering solutions to product obsolescence and critical part shortages-Other duties as assigned by Management

-Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals-Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance-Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.-Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media-Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

-Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.-Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.-Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.-Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.-Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.-Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.-Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies-Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.-Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies.
