1)Coordination and Communication:Act as a liaison between different BNI Directors team , BNI HQ Support Teams, Chapter Leadership Team and Chapter members of BNI Oman Chapters.Facilitate communication and collaboration between various teams of BNI Oman chapter to ensure smooth operations.2) Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational activities in BNI systems.Attend designted BNI trainings by BNI Directors's team, Create manuals or guidelines for internal use.3)Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity using checklist.4) Quality Assurance:Implement and monitor quality control processes of each role players and extending support.Ensure compliance with BNI standards and regulations.5) Compliance:Ensure compliance with BNI's relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Stay informed about changes in regulations affecting operations.6) Chapter Member Service:Ensure a high level of member satisfaction by addressing operational issues promptly.Collaborate with member support teams to improve service delivery.7) Problem Solving:Address and resolve operational issues as they arise.Collaborate with relevant chapter memebers to find solutions to challenges.8) Data Analysis:Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Generate reports and present findings to management for decision-making.
