• Managing project maintenance schedule with client weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.• Managing 11+ clients in Riyad city only on various project maintenance at different locations with time bond.• Getting pre‐approval to obtain a pass and work permit from customers.• Follow company and project standards and guidelines.• To Accurate time accounting and reporting of self and teamwork.• We organize small meetings with our superiors and technical team to resolve any difficulties in projects.• Immediately escalate problems, affecting customers and quality that are beyond the scope of impact and the same for the reporting manager.

• Making sure of soft and hard services within client premises are managed well with minimal issues and no escalations• Timely completion of PPMs and other reactive maintenance• Report all WOs and PPMs in FMP or SI7 and ensure compliance with SLAs• Ensure POs and/or contracts are held for all services availed through suppliers and track their end dates for renewal• Report all incidents and accidents to QHSE, Account and Country leads timely• Support in proposal bidding for potential clients or in mobilization of the new accounts• Support Sourcing in developing preferred suppliers for Saudi Arabia• Work closely with central team on keeping an updated list of suppliers handy• Establish good rapport with supplier and able to hold constructive negotiations and make best deals with suppliers• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions including Operations, Supply Chain, Financials, QHSE
