Reviewed credit proposals and undertook MIS initiatives to manage and monitor portfolios.As Policy Head developed/updated credit policies and risk management guidelines in line with regulatory/Basel II requirements. Drafted Audit, BRR & Investigation Charter for the restructured Group. Developed and implemented BRR Manual to set the tone of risk review activities. Introduced guest reviewer concept to combine synergies with marketing personnel. Responsibilities included reporting findings to Group Executive/President/Board Committee and functioning of the division.
