The organisation located in Rotterdam, The Netherlands is a non-governmental organization of young Esperanto speakers with individual members and country sections in around 40 countries.As a board member I'm responsible for:- Drawing up and managing the annual budget- Approving and managing income and expenses- Composing grant proposals with the fundraising team for European union projects- Managing finance of projects (e.g African-European youth empowerment, Effective communication for youth)- Preparing financial statements- Supporting and supervising accounting activities- Organising Esperanto congresses and events in collaboration with teams all over the world
