Manage end-to-end learning, development and performance appraisal programs for Camair-Co's core workforce.

Manage Learning and Development programs to maintain the productivity of airline employees. This entails assessing company-wide developmental needs, coordinating and presenting platforms that drive learning initiatives.

Worked with HR senior management to design HR policies and procedures; recruit and select candidates; run orientation sessions, and develop the full spectrum of HR operations.

Managed all internal staff training programs, intervened on all HR related assignments for ALTPERE customers. Conducted HR surveys and embedded HR processes within organizations part of ALTPERE portfolio.
