• Assisting the Commercial & Fiscal Office to ensure the Administrative Department is run in an efficient and effective manner with Calendar Management and electronic archive development• Coordination of technological projects relating to business with data transfer management, employees exchange payment processing and progressive software installations• Designing and implementing network configurations, performance issues troubleshooting, network monitoring and security systems configuring• Direct support to departments seeking to implement and manage the most effective business strategies for achieving business targets through the creation of specific documentation designed to optimise the administrative processes• Operational task management in order to support and improve the company’s productivity and business processes efficiency • Individual training development through specific professional specialization courses participation• Business and project’s output constant monitoring for all the activities assigned by the company itself • Management and resolution of any emerging critical issues during all the followed processes

• Perform customer service management in English, French, Italian and Spanish to all the hotel guests• Checking in guests and handling their overnight requests, handling end-of-day bookkeeping, answering phones & taking reservations, managing the payments, responding to guest complaints, requests and emergencies• Responsible for verifying that all revenue and expenses were claimed, preparing reports for the next day's work, including reconciling accounts at a high level of detail• Business and project’s output constant monitoring for all the activities assigned by the hotel itself • Management and resolution of any emerging critical issues during all the followed processes

• Technical drawings development using Autocad, 3D rendering and other innovative graphic softwares• Products analysis management encoding specific data and methodologies to ensure new business leads in collaboration with software analysts and IT developers • Technical feasibility study development with multiple samples realization and product industrialization monitoring related costs • Production implementation with the definition of cycles and the processing phases coordination analysing the company production structure and product types• International and national event’s, congresses and trade fairs project organization and participation• Customer Care Management with the resolution of any emerging critical issues during the processes
