Kabuki 2 is a full-service teppanyaki (hotplate grill) restaurant in Grand Hirafu village. The Grand Hirafu village is a cultural mountain paradise located on Japan’s north island of Hokkaido. Internationally recognized for amazing snowfalls, great skiing, snowboarding and a long winter season.I learnt that waiter are the first contact of customers as they enter in a hospitality setting. Everyday my job was to welcome customers, seat them and take orders, and ensure that customers feel comfortable and served in a manner that portrays exemplary hospitality and customer services. I was expected to calculate bills, present them to customers and take payment through cash/credit cards which is why I need to possess good mathematical skills.
